I supplied water and fertilizer but my flower is still in bad mood. Why?
You probably selected the Advanced Care Mode. The flower acts just like a real flower in this mode. The flowers mood and its indicators will respond with a delay of 1-2 days. You may get help about the Advanced Care Mode by Help page.
How much water and fertilizer shall I supply to flower?
The amount of water and fertilizer to be supplied depends on the size of your flower and season, you may get hints by. Consult Florist button in your member page. You will probably explore the best by yourself when you are experienced.
How often shall I visit my cyber flowers?
It may vary on how often you use the internet. Visit it each day at once if possible. You must visit your cyber flowers within 2 days for regular growing if you are not able to login daily. You have to consider that its growing speed will be the half of the regular growing if you visit it longer than 2 days and it will not grow if you visit more than 5 days. Visits frequent than daily will not increase the growing speed. But the experience of member increases by daily or more frequent visits, and this will effect how you care the flower in future.
Why doesn't the flower grow?
It is necessary that all the material indicators are in good mood. The growing is limited to 5 days and simply it will not grow if you visit your flower seldom than that. It will grow the half of it does in daily visits If you visit it within 2 to 5 days.
My flower used to grow rapidly in the past, but it does not now. Why?
The growing speed decreases with the flowers size. It may grow 4-5 cms daily when it is about 10 cm, while it will grow only 1 cm a week when it is over 80 cm. The flower must be in good mood to grow up.
What is the maximum size of a flower?
It is a fraction value between 120 cm to 130 cm. The growing speed will decrease with the size but it will never stop if all materials supplied enough. It will continue growing to the limit size.
Do the cyber flowers die?
It won't die if you apply a good care. But there is no quarantee for eternity :-). Cyber flower software is still being developed and may have some bugs, programming errors. In case of you explored an easier way for care depending its any bug, it may die when the bug is corrected. A test procedure is applied prior to version upgrades for Cyber flower, but this never means that it does not have any risk of loss due to technical reasons. The continuity of the cyber flower service depends on the popularity of it.
Why does water and fertilizer continually increase even if I do not supply them to the flower?
The possible cause of this is the page refresh. You will repeat the last water or fertilizer supply operation if you refresh your flowers pages by Refresh/Reload button of your browser or use F5 (refresh) key. You may use the Refresh Link in the flower page instead if it is necessary to refresh the page.
Why do I get time-out messages?
For security reasons, your login session expires automatically if you do not keep visiting pages about 15 minutes. The session may also expire if you open new windows by right clicking or navigating between pages by Forward/Back buttons of your browser.
Another reason may be your browser is not enabled for use of cookies. This site requires that cookies are enabled in order to track visitor sessions.
Some internet security software may prevent use of cookies by browsers, you may check the configuration if you have such a software installed.
My flower is longer than those in toplist but my flower is not in list. Why?
The flowers must be enabled for listing to be listed in toplists. Please check the related option in related options page. The flowers are being listed only if they are in good mood.
Why do not my messages displayed in forums immediately after I submit them?
Some forums are controlled by Cyber Flower Forum Editors in order to provide a good level of conversation. Messages those entered by members may be reviewed and published within 2 days.
How can I fix the light?
The light affects the flowers by time. Members can only place the flowers to the appropriate environment by the light control buttons. The light varies due to seasonal effects. The environment must be switched between dark-shady or sunny-shady depending on the current season.
Do you modify flowers manually?
We do not modify the flowers manually unless there is a problem with it. Growing is controlled automatically by the software. We can modify some parameters in case of any problems concerning the membership but this modification is mostly regarding the user information, not the size or parameters about flowers. We may do some modifications directly to software to solve the bugs (problems).
Is there any possibility for my flower to be interfere with other members flowers?
It will not happen if you are connected to internet as a home user by your own modem and do not open more than one flower at a time. It is known that there may be some interference in some internet cafe's, company shared connections due to the software used to share the internet connection, such as some early versions of Wingate, etc. But this is not a sole problem of cyber flower. Many member based sites for online e-mail access or alike purposes have the same problem with that shared connections.

Is it possible that memberships be cancelled?
Accounts are automatically deleted if members do not login more than 30 days. Additionally, the abuse of the service will cause the membership to be cancelled.
My flower has died, what can I do?
You can get 100 Flolira if you delete your flower even he/she is died. You can buy a new flower from florist with these returned Floliras.
What is Flolira? How can I get and use my Floliras?
Flolira is an exchange unit, i.e. currency (Flora - Lira) that can be used for flower exchange in The CyberFlower.Com. You will also need 100 Floliras to get a new flower from florist into your account. You get Floliras each day you care for your flower. You get 5 Flolira for Simple Care flowers and 10 Floliras for Advanced Care flowers. It is essential that your flower is in good condition to get Floliras.
Flolira may also be used to buy a grown flower from a member who wants to sell his/her flower.

Can I get more than one flower?
Yes, you can get more than one flower if you have enough Floliras. A flower from florist costs 100 Floliras and the flower size is about 10cm's. Once you have 100 Floliras you will see "Get a new flower" link on the right. You can either buy a grown flower from the market place but probably you will need more Floliras to do this. You can earn Floliras by applying good care to your existing flowers.
How many flowers can I get?
It is adviced that not to have more than 15 flowers. There is a page view limit for "Flower Care Page" and you will not be able to care some of your flowers if you get many of them.
What is the daily care limit?
In case of some of our members abuse the site by continuously refreshing the pages or have very large number of flowers, the site traffic increases excessively and services may stop as a result of server overload. The server which serves for the cyberflower site requires more performance than an ordinary web server because of the relative complexity of the software.
The server performance of the cyberflower server is sufficient to provide good service for normal use but the abuse must be prevented.
We had to limit the care page views to an optimal number in order to prevent server overload and overtraffic. Members who exceed this limit will be redirected to a page that describes the situation.
The limitation is valid only for "Flower Care Page", other pages are not limited, but it must be considered that members must enter the care page once a login and navigate to another "not counted" page thru the "counted page".
What can I do to not to exceed the limit?
First of all, reduce the number of your flowers if the number of flowers is over 10-15. The page limit is about 30 views per day and it will be sufficient to care 15 flowers if you are experienced. The optimal number of flowers that an average member can care is about 7-8. The best way to reduce the flowers is to delete the flowers below the size 50 cm because you will receive 100 floliras instantly when deleted. For grown flowers over 50cm the market place may be a better solution.
You will find some hints below to reduce the number of "Flower Care Page" visits;
* In case of you will supply water and fertilizer, try to choose the best amounts together at a time, not seperately. You may supply water, fertilizer and change your flowers lighting at a time by selecting the water and fertilizer values and clicking to light position picture (without clicking "Supply Water and Fertilizer" button).
* Principally, do not login the site purposeless and do not refresh or update the flower care page if not necessary.
* Navigate between other pages using the direct links on the left without visiting the flower care page if possible.
* Do not use the site only for flower care, there are more to do within the site including forums and messaging.
My page view limit exceeded, what can I do?
Try login in next 24 hours, there is a counter reset once a day.
Can I get more than one member account?
Technically you can get more than one account but we do not appreciate multiple membership accounts that belongs to one person.
The use of same internet connection, same computer or same e-mail address is allowed because multiple persons may be using any of them together, such as the case of internet cafe, family or school computers. These parameters is not used to detect multiple number of memberships automatically.
The multiple accounts used by single person in order to care more flowers or some other reason, will be terminated.
In other words, when the site is abused by opening multiple memberships, we consider this an unethical behaviour and terminate accounts.
I have not received the confirmation e-mail, what can I do?
Check your bulk or spam e-mail folder first, some spam e-mail blockers may block our e-mails since they are automated e-mails. Write an e-mail to our e-mail address cyber@thecyberflower.com regarding the problem if you cannot find that e-mail. Please include your username and e-mail address and use your registered e-mail address to request confirmation code reset from us.
I will go on a vacation for a period and I will not able to visit the site there, what can I do?
You can freeze your membership using the relevant link on the left side of the flower care page. This will provide you to find everything as you left. But, consider that your flowers will not grow and you will loose rank in toplists if you freeze your membership. The maximum period allowed for freezing is six months. The frozen status is removed in your first login, you have to freeze your membership again if you want to keep your frozen after your login.
